Workflow map
Every recurring process in scope, documented as it actually runs. Not the version in the ops manual, the version that happens on a Tuesday afternoon.
A fixed-price, 1 to 2 week review of how your team actually works. The output is a roadmap that ranks every viable automation by payback, measured in hours and dirhams.
The problem
Dubai SMBs are drowning in AI advice and short on AI answers. Vendors pitch tools, consultants pitch transformation, and meanwhile your team still spends hours every week on work a machine should do. The real question is not whether to adopt AI. It is which workflow to automate first, and what the payback is in dirhams.
What you get
Every recurring process in scope, documented as it actually runs. Not the version in the ops manual, the version that happens on a Tuesday afternoon.
Each workflow costed in hours per week and dirhams per year, using your team's real numbers. This is the denominator every recommendation is ranked against.
Every viable automation, ordered by how quickly it repays its build cost. You start at the top of the list and stop wherever you like.
For each item we state what fits: an off-the-shelf tool, a workflow platform such as n8n, or a custom build, with the reasoning written down. Vendor-neutral throughout.
Where your data would flow under each option, and which workflows need a private, self-hosted approach instead of a public AI tool. This matters for anything touching client records or financials.
The highest-payback workflow specified in enough detail that any competent developer could build it. Ours or yours.
Before we built anything for CyPro, a London cybersecurity consultancy, we mapped their biggest workflow bottlenecks. The first build cut due diligence from 4 days to around 3 minutes, and blog production later fell from 6 hours to 30 minutes per post. The company has grown from 3 to 20+ staff in 2 years.

How it works
One call to agree which teams and workflows are in scope. We confirm the fixed price and sign the NDA before anything else happens.
We sit with the people who do the work, at your office in Dubai or on calls. We watch tasks run end to end and note every handover, wait and workaround.
We baseline each workflow in hours per week and dirhams per year, then check every candidate automation against what current tools can reliably do.
We order every viable automation by payback and write the build-ready brief for the item at the top of the list.
We present the roadmap live, answer every question and hand over the full document. What happens next is your decision, not our sales pitch.
Built for the UAE
Workflows that meet UAE customers where they already are: WhatsApp Business, connected to your CRM.
On-prem and private-cloud AI (Azure-based RAG), built for businesses that cannot send data to public chatbots.
A written fixed price after discovery. No day rates, no hourly surprises, no currency games.
Domains, DNS and email on UAE infrastructure. WedFest DXB runs live on wedfest.ae.
Registered UAE free-zone company. You deal directly with the person who builds your system.
What should it cost?

Working together
The audit is a fixed price agreed before we start, and it is the entry point of how we work: most of our automation and custom app engagements begin with one. It is founder-led end to end, so scoping is honest and the work gets full attention. There is no obligation to build with us afterwards.
Timeline
1 to 2 weeks from scoping call to roadmap walkthrough, depending on how many teams are in scope.
Pricing
one fixed fee quoted in AED before work begins. No day rates, no mid-project surprises. Automation builds that follow are also fixed price per workflow.
Ownership
NDA as standard, and the roadmap is yours in full. Execute it with us, your own team or another agency. No lock-in.

Frequently asked questions
We quote one fixed price in AED after a short scoping call. The fee depends on how many teams and workflows are in scope, and it is agreed before we start. For context on what follows the audit: a single production workflow typically costs less than one month of the manual labour it replaces per year.
No. The audit reviews processes, not raw data. We interview the people doing the work and watch how tasks move between systems, all under NDA. Nothing sensitive leaves your business. If the roadmap later calls for AI over private data, we specify self-hosted architectures where data stays inside your own infrastructure, the same pattern we built for CyPro on Azure.
No. The audit is vendor-neutral and we sell no software. For each workflow we recommend whatever fits: an off-the-shelf product, a platform such as n8n or Make, or a custom build, with the reasoning written down. Where no automation is worth building yet, the roadmap says exactly that. You own the document and can execute it with anyone.
ChatGPT helps individuals draft faster. It does not change how work moves through your business. The audit targets recurring workflows: quoting, reporting, onboarding, data entry, and finds the ones where a built system removes the task entirely. At CyPro that difference took due diligence from 4 days to around 3 minutes. A chat window does not produce that.
A scoping call at the start, workflow interviews across the first two to three days, and a walkthrough at the end. The interviews run with the people who actually do the work, scheduled around your operations. Between those points we work independently. Most of the 1 to 2 weeks is our time, not yours.
A written roadmap that maps every workflow in scope, baselines each in hours per week and dirhams per year, and ranks every viable automation by payback. It includes build-or-buy verdicts, a data privacy review and a build-ready brief for the top item. It is specific enough for any competent developer to execute, not just us.
No. The roadmap is yours in full, with no lock-in and no retainer required. Some clients hand it to their internal team, some hire us for the top workflow, some sit on it and return months later. We would rather you start when ready than sign under pressure.
Then the roadmap says so, with the numbers that prove it, and a fixed audit fee will have saved you a far larger build budget. In practice this is rare. Once workflows are costed in hours per week, most businesses find at least one where the payback case is obvious. Either way you get a definitive answer, not a maybe.

What happens when you get in touch
From Dan, the person who builds it. No account managers, no ticket queue.
One conversation about where the time goes. No handoffs, no juniors.
A written, fixed-AED scope within 48 hours of discovery. The price only moves if the scope does.
If we're the wrong fit, Dan says so and points you somewhere better.
We can promise this because there are no layers: the person on the call is the person who builds the system.
