The short version

We collect as little as we can get away with. Nothing on this site asks for your data just to let you read it, the cost calculator shows its result without an email address, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.

What we collect, and when

The contact form collects your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. It exists so we can reply to you, and that is the only thing it is used for.

The cost calculator works without any personal data. If you choose to request the written plan, it collects your name, email address, optionally your company and timeline, and the answers or figures you entered, so the plan can be written and sent to you. If you tick the newsletter box, your email address is also added to our mailing list; if you leave it unticked, it is not.

Analytics. We use two analytics tools. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are aggregate and cookie-free; they tell us which pages are read and how fast they load, not who you are. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and move through the site, and it does this by setting cookies in your browser. We use it for measurement only: this site sets no advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics data to identify you.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Emails (both our replies and the calculator plans) are sent through Resend, which processes the name and email address needed to deliver them. Google processes the usage data collected by Google Analytics on our behalf. Messages you send us arrive in our email inbox and are read by Dan, not a support queue. No other third parties receive your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and calculator requests live in our email for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started. Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe, which every email lets you do in one click.

Your rights

Wherever you are, the same offer stands: email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, usually the same day. Write to dan@proctorhounds.ae.

Changes

If our data practices change, this page changes first, with a new date below. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
