This website is operated by Proctor Hounds FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using it you accept these terms. If anything here does not sit right with you, the remedy is simple: do not use the site, or write to us and ask about it.

What the content is

Everything published here (guides, case studies, prices we cite) is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make it. It is general information, not advice for your specific situation, and it can change as the market does. Case study figures describe what happened on those projects; they are not a promise that your project will produce the same numbers.

The cost calculator

The calculator produces an anchor, not a quote. Website and app figures come from pricing that named Dubai agencies publish; automation figures are arithmetic on the numbers you supply. None of it is an offer, a valuation, or financial advice, and decisions you make on the strength of an estimate are yours. A real figure requires discovery, which is why every quote we actually issue is fixed after it.

Working with us

Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Projects begin when both sides agree a written scope and price, and that agreement, not this page, governs the engagement, including ownership, timelines and payment.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Proctor Hounds unless credited otherwise. Quote it with attribution and a link; do not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own. Client names and project imagery appear with permission and stay with their owners.

Third-party links

We link out to tools, sources and published pricing pages. Those sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for what they say or how they handle your data once you are there.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including calculator estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking (our strong preference), the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
