Honest pricing tool

What should it cost?

Dubai agencies rarely publish prices, so buyers walk into sales calls with no anchor. This calculator gives you one in under a minute, and it will happily tell you not to spend the money.

Where the numbers come from

Every figure has a name attached

The website and app bands are built on the pricing that Dubai agencies publish under their own names: Digital Gravity, DXB Apps, Code Brew, and the rates and minimum project sizes on Clutch's directories. The automation figures are arithmetic on numbers you supply, run through the labour heuristic we hold our own quotes to.

We verified each source before citing it, and where an agency publishes nothing, it does not appear.

Frequently asked questions

What should a website cost in Dubai?

Our published guide, built on figures from Digital Gravity and DXB Apps, puts template sites under AED 8,000, semi-custom builds at AED 8,000 to 25,000, fully custom work at AED 25,000 to 60,000, and web applications from AED 60,000 up. The calculator places your project in a band and tells you what that band should include.

How does the automation calculator work?

It runs the pricing method from our published guide. Count the weekly hours a task consumes, multiply by the loaded hourly cost and by 52 for the annual labour cost, then divide by twelve. A credible automation quote should sit below that ceiling, and the calculator says so when it cannot.

How accurate is this calculator?

It gives you an anchor, not a quote. The bands come from pricing that named Dubai agencies publish, and the automation figures are arithmetic on your own numbers. A real figure needs discovery, which is why every quote we issue is a fixed AED price agreed after it.

Do I have to give my email to see the result?

No. The result appears on screen the moment you finish, with sources named. Your email is only needed if you want the fuller written plan, which includes the breakdown behind your number and the questions to put to any agency you speak to.

Where do the numbers come from?

From pricing published under named companies: Digital Gravity, DXB Apps, Code Brew and the Clutch directories. Every band is documented in our three cost guides, which the calculator links to. Nothing is estimated for effect and nothing is invented.
